The error message I got was “Unable to create file – it may exist as read-only.C:ERRORClock.SAV”.” I worked around it by manually creating a folder Error under C:, now the game can be saved… It is pretty odd that the game is trying to save into C:error. I’ve played every Nancy game more than 1 times, including this “the secret of the old clock” before, it used to save under “my document” or same folder as the game was installed..very strange…(I am running Win7 and Win8, same problem)
